Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
“Product(s)” refers to any items offered for sale by the Company via the Website. “Client” refers to any individual or entity that places an order for Products through the Website.
Delivery Responsibilities and Liability
The Company undertakes to deliver Products in the best possible condition and in accordance with the order placed by the client. Additionally, the Company is responsible for packaging the products in a manner that preserves their quality and is appropriate for their nature.
Clients must inspect the Products upon delivery. The client is responsible for verifying that the Products are complete and in satisfactory condition, and that no damage has occurred during transit, before signing the delivery note.
If any discrepancies or damages are found, the client must report them to the Company within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report such issues within this period will result in the acceptance of the Products as they are, and the client will not be entitled to any claims or compensation.
If the Products are found to be damaged or defective due to the delivery process, the client must explicitly note this on the delivery note before signing it. In case of failure to do so, the Company reserves the right to refuse any claims for damages or replacements, in accordance with applicable law.

Product Availability
The availability of the products will be displayed at the time of order placement. However, as each product is manufactured on demand by our suppliers, exceptional circumstances may arise, such as the unavailability of raw materials from the supplier or an excessive number of orders for a particular product.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the Company will notify the client at the earliest opportunity and offer the option to either replace the unavailable product with another product or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Delivery of Products
We offer worldwide shipping. Detailed shipping information will be provided during the ordering process. The Company reserves the right to reject or accept orders based on shipment conditions. All deliveries will be carried out by our designated carriers, who will deliver the products to the designated address. Deliveries to the interior of a building or
residence may require a personalized quote, which must be accepted by the client in order to confirm the order.
In the event of unforeseen delays in delivery, the client should contact the Company to receive an updated estimated delivery date. Should the products fail to be delivered within the new timeframe, the client may cancel their order by submitting a written request. The Company shall process the refund within 14 days following the receipt of the cancellation request.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date delivery information. Any changes to the delivery address or contact details must be promptly communicated to the Company via email. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delivery delays or errors, for which the Company shall not be held liable.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the client’s failure to comply with the delivery restrictions or the provision of incorrect information, the client may be required to collect the products from the nearest warehouse or pay additional shipping costs.
The Company shall not be liable for any non-delivery or delayed delivery caused by force majeure events as defined by applicable law.
Acceptance of Products
Upon receipt of the order, the client is obligated to immediately inspect the contents of the delivery. The client is responsible for verifying that the products are complete and in satisfactory condition, and that no damage has occurred during transit, before signing the delivery note.
In the event of a non-compliant delivery, such as missing or damaged products, the client must contact the Company within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for either a refund or replacement.
If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, the client must explicitly indicate this on the delivery note. Failure to report damage or errors at the time of delivery will result in the Company’s refusal to accept any subsequent claim or request for reimbursement, in accordance with applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal
The client has the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the last product in the order, without the need to provide any justification or incur any penalties.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify the Company of their decision to withdraw from the sale by submitting an unambiguous declaration. This notification may be made in writing via any clear means of communication, including but not limited to sending a written notice to the following address:

The client is required to return the products at their own expense and in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging, within 14 days following the notification of their decision to withdraw. The return address will be provided upon receipt of the withdrawal notice.
In the event of withdrawal from the sale, the Company will issue a refund for the returned products using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the client expressly requests an alternative method of reimbursement. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, and in any event, within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products or the evidence of return shipment.
The client is hereby informed that the refund may be partial or denied in the event that the returned products have been damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or bespoke products made according to the client’s specifications.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Turkey. The competent courts for resolving any disputes shall be located in Istanbul, Turkey.
